Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDeveloping students basic hand-eye, foot-eye ball coordination drills laying foundation for all tennis strokes. Then start with fun basic volley technique (the simplest stroke in tennis).
Lesson 11+Building players whole tennis games (physically & mentally)…Creating Champions in Sports + Game of Life!
Lesson 4-10Review fun ball coordination drills + volley + groundstroke technique drills & games. Then expand into overhead and service technique & drills.
