Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLearning the basics, including rules and scoring. Covering all the fundamental skills such as grip, stance, and basic strokes.
Lesson 4-10Focus on improving shot accuracy and control, practicing with groundstrokes and volleys. Rallying techniques and introduction to basic game strategy.
Lesson 2-3Forehand drills and Backhand drills.
