Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFigure out where they are in their game and help them in the specific things for example serve or forehand to improve
Lesson 11+Will mostly warm up with drills and rally to improve gameplay and work on serve at the end of practice
Lesson 4-10Start rallying with me so it feels like your playing with someone and you can figure out what else your doing wrong
Lesson 2-3Focus on drills so they can repeat and get better at that specific shot
