Your first lessonI like to teach the forehand and the forehand grip with standard method.
Lesson 2-3I teach the two handed backhand on lessons two and three.
Lesson 4-10With lessons four to ten, I teach the serve with standard method and the forehand and backhand volleys.
Lesson 11+The remaining lessons are a review of the forehand, backhand, volleys and the serve and overhead smash.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI will assess your overall skill level for the first lesson.
Lesson 2-3For lessons two & three, I’ll have you practice the forehand and backhand ground strokes, and the serve.
Lesson 4-10For lessons 4 to 10, I’ll have you work on approach shot, volley and overhead drill. I’ll also have you practice the hard spin second serve.
Lesson 11+On lessons 11 and on, I’ll cover the mental game and strategies to utilize the win close matches.
