Your first lessonGoing over how to hold the racket, how to move around the court, basics of the game, and other fundamental skills
Lesson 2-3Expanding on the fundamentals that were went over in the first lesson, going into more with serving, footwork, and other things.
Lesson 4-10A lot of serving practice, footwork drills, rallies, short court and long court practice, and some other activities.
Lesson 11+A lot of drills involving footwork and hitting the ball, focus on accuracy, improving form where it is needed, and other fine tunes
Youth players
Working with kidsBeing patient is key when working with a younger audience. There is also more to go over with them and more time needed to repeat it since it can be hard to understand at a young age.
Working with teenagersWorking with teenagers can be a lot of fun since they can learn pretty easily and you can play out more points!
What you need to bringIt would be best for a student to bring their own racket since they will be using it more consistently and it can help with accuracy.
What I can bringI can bring some tennis balls and I have my racket and two other options that I can bring
