Training with Coach Hridha was one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the very first session she pushed me to be better and corrected the mistakes that I was making. She went above and beyond and created specific drills made for me to target my weaknesses. What really stood out to me was how detail oriented she is. During one session, she noticed I wasn’t generating enough power on my forehand. Instead of simply telling me to hit harder she broke it down step by step by adjusting my grip, helping me open my hips more during the swing, and making sure my follow through was consistent. She’s a super fun coach to train with and I really loved getting better in my tennis skills and my endurance. If you’re serious about tennis I couldn’t recommend Coach Hridha enough!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe very first thing we learn is the correct grip to use for the foundational swings.
Lesson 11+We learn how to play matches and match strategies while still working on consistency.
Lesson 4-10We learn serving and rallying. We work on getting consistent with ground stroke. We play drills like serve and receives.
Lesson 2-3We start to get into drills like the three ball drills, mini tennis, and volleying.
Advanced training plan
Youth players
Working with kidsI make my lesson plans super fun and interactive for kids to stay engaged for long periods of time. I take plenty of breaks to ensure that students don’t feel overworked or overwhelmed.
Working with teenagersAs a young adult, teenagers tend to find me relatable and can create a friendly relationship easily. By doing a lot of fun drills I make sure that they are interesting and enjoying their time on the court.
