Your first lessonFirst I look at what some of their current strengths and what some of their current weaknesses might be and if we’re talking about a beginner that might be a little more difficult so I focus more so on teaching some basic fundamentals based on the level
Lesson 2-3Continuing the work on some of the fundamentals that we touched on in previous lessons
Lesson 4-10Setting in stone, basic things that will be important to them on the tennis court and making sure that they have a base knowledge of technique that we have previously covered
What you need to bringMy student should bring athletic clothing, a water bottle, a tennis racket and preferably tennis shoes to make their experience on court as comfortable
What I can bringI provide tennis balls cones agility, ladders, and whatever the student needs to facilitate whatever we’re focusing on and training that day
