Your first lessonFamiliarity with ball bounces, touches, racket grips and forehand swing.
Lesson 2-3Ball bounce intensity increment, footwork, forehand & backhand swings
Lesson 4-10Confidence with the basics - this will help students learn serving, muscle memory and get the most out of it.
What you need to bringBring an attitude of open to learning and wanting to get better.
Bring water and wear tennis shoes (if you have one).
I have extra rackets for use so you don’t have to stress out about bringing one.
