Beginner training plan
Your first lessonExplain the fundamental of tennis. Relationship between footwork & playing warmups, simple drills
Lesson 11+Hopefully to get challenged by themselves & me to actually start playing tennis
Lesson 4-10Pending on their ability to adapt to steady flow of ball control, footwork,,& comfortably with the game.
Lesson 2-3More of the same, until they make substantial progress to move on to further performance
