Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBasic swing motion and basic gameplay knowledge. Forehand, backhand, volley, serve.
Lesson 11+Overall practice of gameplay utilizing consistency of previous lessons on basics and fine tuned improvement.
Lesson 4-10Work on consistency while adding more technical details such as movement, rotation, aiming shots, transition.
Lesson 2-3Reiterating first lesson basics on swing motion with emphasis on foot placement and consistency contacting ball.
Advanced training plan
