Haha! My friends are wondering why I have gotten so good. I won’t tell them who my coach is because I want to win!! I started at. 4.0 level but now I’m gonna go into my 3rd round as a 4.5. I get the game now and I’m learning patterns and sequences like never before!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonYou will be taught the basics of how to hit forehands and backhands. Both sides of ground strokes will be broken down and you will understand how to hit the ball!
Lesson 11+You will ultimately learn how
To play patterns and sequences, you will understand the game of tennis!
Lesson 4-10You will then learn about volleys, over heads and serving
Lesson 2-3You will then understand how to utilize what was taught to you, you will then learn about movement, kinetics and understanding
