Your first lessonTeaching how to hold the racket correctly, learning proper form of a tennis swing.
Lesson 11+Player will hit balls back and forth with coach to mimic in game play.
Lesson 4-10Player will focus on hitting the ball consistently without compromising proper technique. The ball will be tossed from a farther distance to work on ball depth.
Lesson 2-3Balls will be tossed to player to work on hand-eye coordination and establish proper form.
