Beginner training plan

Your first lessonWill start with forehands and backhands. Basic footwork and grips.

Lesson 2-3Will introduce volleying once some success has been reached with groundstrokes

Lesson 4-10Serving and combination drills. More emphasis on footwork and balance. Shot selection and basic strategy

Lesson 11+More combination drills. And handling pace. More strategy on shot selection. Handling harder shots

About your tennis coach

I have been teaching tennis for over 20 years in Lee County at both private clubs and gated communities. I teach both private, semi private, and group lessons. My general teaching philosophy is to reduce the variables and simplify the game for beginners to get them playing tennis as soon as possible. I work with both adults and juniors. For more advanced players. I work on both technique and the mental game of tennis. I'm a big believer in doing things the correct way with proper form. I am currently coaching so I will need to Confirm availability to avoid double booking
