Now, as a passionate tennis coach, I leverage my extensive personal experience to enhance every session, empowering players of all levels to achieve their best on the court. What you need to bringTo get the most out of our tennis lessons, it's important to come prepared. Here’s what you should bring:
Shoes: Wear durable shoes that you can comfortably run in.
Racquet: Bring your own racquet. If you don't have one, I have two adult racquets available for use (no junior racquets).
Hat and Sunblock: Protect yourself from the sun with a hat and sunblock if needed.
Stretch and Warm-Up: Stretching and warming up at home can save time and prevent injuries. Though I am happy to walk the student through it together if they would like a guided example.
What I can bringI will provide all the essential equipment needed for our training sessions. This includes speed cones for agility drills and tennis balls for practice. These tools are sufficient for comprehensive and effective training, ensuring you get the best possible experience and improvement.
