Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson is evaluation of level. I use it to gauge the level of the student and locate any strong or weak points
Lesson 11+Point play and tactical focus: Once a student is more advanced, tactics are one of the most important things in tennis, but not enough coaches teach good tactics. After 10 lessons, there will either be a tactical focus in our lessons or a very narrow technical focus on an area of improvement.
Lesson 4-10A focus on a more all court play with the goal of helping the student reach a match ready level. Focus on serves, volleys.
Lesson 2-3A more focused gameplan to help hone in groundstrokes and clean up any messy technique

Youth players
Working with kidsI aim to make the lessons as enjoyable as possible while still improving their game. I strive to make lifelong tennis players out of every younger student I teach, so I try to make tennis as fun of a sport to them as it is to me.
Working with teenagersI aim to create competitive, independent players out of teenagers as fast as possible. One of the most important things for improving in tennis is match play so I try to tap into the competitive spirit of teenagers and get them match ready as soon as possible so they can start beating all their friends!!
