Lesson 11+Finally we'll apply your skills in real-game scenarios with guided practice sessions, focusing on point construction and match play.
We'll introduce you to advanced techniques like topspin, slice, and approach shots, preparing you for more competitive play.
Lesson 4-10Now we'll focus on improving your shot accuracy and control, practicing with both groundstrokes and volleys. We'll work on rallying techniques and begin to introduce you to simple game strategies.
Lesson 2-3Next we'll build on your initial skills by refining your forehand and backhand strokes, and practicing consistent serves. We'll also introduce you to footwork and basic court positioning to enhance your game play.
Youth players
