like the training style of coach Esperance a little physical activity of 3 minutes before starting to play and 3 minutes of stretching for the end, she is really professional.

How it works
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst we'll learn the basics of tennis, including understanding the rules, scoring, and essential equipment. We'll also cover fundamental skills such as grip, stance, and basic strokes to get you started with confidence.
Lesson 11+Finally we'll apply your skills in real-game scenarios with guided practice sessions, focusing on point construction and match play. We'll introduce you to advanced techniques like topspin, slice, and approach shots, preparing you for more competitive play.
Lesson 4-10Now we'll focus on improving your shot accuracy and control, practicing with both groundstrokes and volleys. We'll work on rallying techniques and begin to introduce you to simple game strategies.
Lesson 2-3Next we'll build on your initial skills by refining your forehand and backhand strokes, and practicing consistent serves. We'll also introduce you to footwork and basic court positioning to enhance your game play.
Youth players
Working with kidsThe children have come to play tennis but the most important thing is to make them really like to have fun, not make them play with the racket right away, I will make them play with the balls between them without the racket, catch, throw, put them well on the plate to be ready to play with the racket

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.

I was named Freshman of the Year at Benedict College and have been a national champion in my home country.
