Best Coach Ever!
I came in as a total beginner thinking I’d just hit some balls and maybe survive but thanks to Coach Eric I’m actually learning and loving tennis! He’s super patient, fun, and somehow makes the whole thing feel easy. He will point out what I did wrong and stuff too.
Now I look forward to every lesson.

Your first lessonHow to hold a racket & stroke a ball.
Lesson 11+Feeling more comfortable stroking the ball and hitting forehand & backhand. Next step learn the basics of a serve and continue improving strokes
Lesson 4-10By now we are hopefully showing improvement on both sides of the ball and now is a time to mix it up.
Lesson 2-3Continue from where we left off from lesson one. If student is comfortable hitting the forehand we may start hitting bhand.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonDepending on what skill level the student is will help me put a plan in place.. Drills & strength conditioning
