Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson you would learn how to hold the racket, ready position, some footwork as well as the basic rules and court layout.
Lesson 11+Now that you know how the scoring system works and you control on your strokes we can start moving forward with some game strategies including approaches, volleys and overhead shots.
Lesson 4-10By lesson 4 you can start learning how to serve (ball toss, racket motion, foot placement). And during the next lessons we can start moving back to the baseline to practice direction, control and depth with your forehand and backhand with basic drills you will start to build confidence to start playing in the up coming lessons
Lesson 2-3We will review our grips and focus more on forehand and backhand technique from serve line. This two lessons will help you to get more hand and eye coordination.
Youth players
Working with kidsFirst we learn some hand-eye coordination with and without racket, then we move to hitting and passing the ball with control and consistency and later we start our plan to pass the ball in rally situation
