Your first lessonFirst i will evaluate your skill level. from then i’ll start teaching the fundamentals of the game
Lesson 2-3continuous work on the fundamentals including forehand, backhand and serve. here we will incorporate more of the legs
Lesson 4-10Starting to understand how to use our body in the shots.focusing more on consistent contacts and timing.
Lesson 11+Now we can start honing in on the more complex aspects of the game. looking at it from a tactical perspective and knowing how to use our strengths to find our opponents weaknesses.
