Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will saw you the basic of the tennis ..how to control de balls without the raquet and with the raquet too ..
Lesson 11+We will review again the things we learn during all the training and now we can try to play together..
Lesson 4-10We will review the staging we learn last training,we will try to move on next step all details ok tennis (volet ,service ..etc…)
Lesson 2-3We will repeat for some minutes the things we learn first day ..we gonna start how to play the balls and control de power in the ball
