Your first lessonWork on fundamentals, your stance, footwork, technique, grip, etc.
Lesson 2-3Start out with a light warm-up, getting loose go over the fundamentals and start working on Serve, forehand, return
Lesson 4-10Start out with a warm-up get the body loose then we will go over backhand and volleying at the net and return
Lesson 11+Start out with warm-up bring everything together and start with playing set points
Youth players
Working with kidsGiving kids adaptable teachable techniques on the court thats fun while learning on the court to keep them engaged and interested that helps the remember there foot work and technique when coming in contact to the ball
