Your first lessonWork on fundamentals, your stance, footwork, technique, grip, etc.
Lesson 11+Start out with warm-up bring everything together and start with playing set points
Lesson 4-10Start out with a warm-up get the body loose then we will go over backhand and volleying at the net and return
Lesson 2-3Start out with a light warm-up, getting loose go over the fundamentals and start working on Serve, forehand, return
