Beginner training plan
Your first lessonTeach about the game of tennis as a whole. Warm ups, stretching, movement and coordination and basic strokes.
Lesson 11+How actually play games and win matches. Better serving techniques. Shots consistency and power.
Lesson 4-10Improvements on lessons 2 and 3. Court management in addition to the basic shots. Pace and spin.
Lesson 2-3More in-depth on tips and techniques learnt from lesson 1.
Advanced training plan
What you need to bringTennis rackets and ball basket. I encourage you to get a ball basket because it will come in very handy at all times.
