Lesson 11+These lessons will teach further characteristics like spins, strategy, game play and competitive play along with accomplishing fitness goals and increasing endurance
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFirst we test skill, assess weaknesses in technique, game development and strategy
Lesson 2-3I would then teach offense versus defensive skills and how to transition from a defensive moment in game play to an offensive. How to hit the ball deep and push the other play back so that now you have an opportunity to strike
Lesson 4-10These lessons will focus on what to do to control the point when you are in neutral territory, I.e baseline players and ball control/changing directions and speeds and spins of the ball
Lesson 11+These lessons will focus on striking. What to do now that you are attacking and moving into the court, approach shots, volleys, overheads, and put all of these skills into point play scenarios
