Introduce our selfs and get an idea of students goal’s and desire to learn tennis ie health, recreation, fun, competition etc. Start with correct gear rackets shoes as well as correct stretching
Proper way to hold/grip racket, posture, swing mechanics, balance. Feed tennis balls from close up step by step to gain timing strength and confidence feeling the ball meet the racket and it’s absolutely ok to make mistakes is a given and fun!!!!
Continue with close ball feeds building confidence to hit the ball in the center of the racket and relax while having fun, building confidence working on foot work, swing patterns grip changes and timing really important!
Begin ball feeds from and to student standing mid court and base line developing / refining timing confidence with me feeding balls to student on same side of court and or opposite side of court depending on confidence and progress of each student varies.
Student has developed good muscle memory on forehand back hand serve volley foot work. Learning which may widely vary from student to student so I continue to meet each and every student with each and all factors involved refining, timing, strengthening foot work, mechanics to ground and pound shots or finesse shots, strategy for match play. My Fundamental scope of each lesson is to build SOLID TENNIS MECHANICS ON FOREHAND BACKHAND,SERVE, OVERHEAD, FOREHAND/BACKHAND, VOLLEY WHILE LEARNING TOP SPIN, UNDER-SPIN, DROP SHOTS, FOOTWORK MENTAL TOUGHNESS, STRATEGY, CONDITIONING WITH A MENTAL MINDFULNESS TO PLAY TO WIN OR JUST HAVE PURE FUN AND EXERCISE ITS ALWAYS ALWAYS THE PLAYERS CHOICE!!!
