Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI focus on basic grips, footwork, and rally control. I also explain court lines and scoring to help students feel comfortable. The first lesson includes simple forehand and backhand drills to build confidence and consistency.
Lesson 11+We continue developing consistency and power while practicing full games and match play. The focus is on improving placement, confidence, and understanding how to construct points.
Lesson 4-10We work on improving technique, adding more consistency, and learning point play. Drills focus on rally endurance, serve accuracy, and footwork coordination. Students also start basic match situations and learn simple strategies.
Lesson 2-3We review the basics and introduce the serve, volleys, and movement patterns. Students start short rallies and learn to control the ball direction and height with more consistency.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI assess the player’s technique, footwork, and consistency through short rallies and point play. We identify strengths and areas to improve, then start drills focused on precision and timing.
Lesson 11+We simulate competitive matches and focus on mental toughness, stamina, and shot selection. Players refine their game style and learn to adapt strategies against different opponents.
