Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduction and get to understand what the student is looking to accomplish during their purchased lesson package and beyond. Why are you playing tennis and how do you see yourself playing in a year from now? In 3 years? Understand and execute a fun, solid gameplay prepped for success from the first rally on the first day, with our PLAY TO LEARN combined with OVERLOAD LEARNING PRINCIPLES.
Lesson 11+Player are playing steady and solid rally skill and have need taught strategies for continues success through adaptive planing to the players workout priorities. Solid groundstrokes, a developing net game, and quality court positioning keeping good balance and leverage on every shot and it’s desired habits.
Lesson 4-10Forward movement and introduction to the net game including slice approaches, volleys, and overheads, shot combinations should be well developed at this point and net game becomes more comfortable as the student learns to adjust timing for multiple hitting zones and adjusted placement zones through developed anticipation, incoming shot recognition, and delivery a long smooth swing, with a relaxed full finish, that extends the hitting zone as long as possible towards their intended shot delivery.
Lesson 2-3Firm up footwork and stance for best weight transfer for solid groundstrokes from the baseline. Contact point and hitting zone are identified and overload principles accomplish the best muscle memory results. Introduction to serve application identifying basic stance and kinetic chain for healthy and reliable results through proper balance and leverage.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonDynamic warm up and Stretch, on court warm up, rally. Conduct player evaluation and have the student share their past experiences and goals for further their tennis experience. Identify player needs and desires while formulating a comprehensive lesson plan that caters to the players individual needs and manageable goals.
