Your first lessonI begin with a simple rally generally. We work in simple skills and evolve from there. I try to keep the details to a minimum, so noone feels overwhelmed (Details during a lesson)
Lesson 11+Understand the changes we've gone through and feel more like a real tennis player
Lesson 4-10As we get accustomed to your skills, we advance them slowly but surely.
Lesson 2-3I start being a little more specific with details, grips, swing, etc. Show you a good foundation for tennis
