Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst we will do a light warmup. Next I like to either hit a few balls from mini court to assess the players level and swing before doing basic work. We will work on basic ground strokes and form.
Lesson 4-10Here we can start doing some faster more technical drills. You will also be introduced to serves and volleys. We will also rally live balls to practice what you’ve learned!
Lesson 2-3We will begin learning about simple footwork and continue building on your ground strokes.
