Your first lessonFocus on fundamentals in a relaxed, fun way—grip, basic stance, and simple rallying. Goal is comfort, confidence, and making contact with the ball.
Lesson 11+Refine technique, improve consistency under pressure, introduce strategy, patterns, and match play. Focus shifts toward playing real points and building confidence.
Lesson 4-10Develop reliable strokes, introduce rallying from the baseline, basic net play, and simple point play. Start understanding positioning and shot selection.
