Lesson 11+Focus on advancing strategy, consistency under pressure, and mental toughness, while tailoring drills to each player’s style.
Lesson 4-10Volleys, approach shots, refine footwork and recovery, practice match scenarios, point play emphasizing consistency, confidence, and mental focus.
Lesson 2-3Continue to reinforce grips and strokes, introduce serving basics, rally consistency, and simple point play.
Develop rally endurance, improve serve and return, practice movement and positioning, etc.
