Your first lessonIntroduction to Tennis Basics Topics Covered: • Understanding rules, scoring, and essential equipment. • Practicing fundamental skills: • Grip (Eastern, Western, and Continental). • Stance (open, closed, and neutral). • Basic strokes (forehand, backhand, and serves). Objective: Build confidence with foundational tennis knowledge and techniques.

Lesson 11+Applying Skills in Game Scenarios Activities: • Simulated matches with focus on strategy. • Real-game scenarios to practice decision-making under pressure. • Review and fine-tuning of techniques. Objective: Transition from practice to actual gameplay with confidence and skill.

Lesson 4-10Skill Development and Strategy Key Practices: • Improving shot accuracy and control. • Groundstroke and volley practice: • Forehand and backhand rallying. • Overhead shots and net play. • Introduction to basic game strategies: • Positioning during rallies. • Analyzing opponents’ weaknesses. Objective: Prepare for dynamic play with improved technical and tactical understanding.
