Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStarting with a beginner in tennis, I’d focus on making the lesson fun, engaging, and building a solid foundation for future progress.
Lesson 11+By lessons 11 and beyond, the beginner should have a solid foundation in the basics and have started playing some full points.
Lesson 4-10By lessons 4-10, the beginner should be getting more comfortable with the basics and now it’s time to focus on refinement, consistency, and introducing game like situations with a bit more challenge.
Lesson 2-3By the second or third lesson, the beginner should have a bit of comfort with the basic strokes (forehand and backhand), grips, and movement around the court. Now it’s time to refine their technique, introduce more variety, and start incorporating game-like situations.

What you need to bringTennis racquet and water.

What I can bringI have my basket with the balls.
