My forehand feels better when I take my time and focus on control. My backhand is still difficult for me, especially with timing. I want to keep practicing my swing and footwork.

Coach, this week I felt more consistent from the baseline, especially on my forehand. My footwork is improving, but I still need to work on staying low and recovering faster after wide balls. I want to focus more on point construction and finishing at the net.

Movement felt efficient this week, especially in lateral recovery. I’m transitioning better from defense to offense, but explosive first steps after split-step can still improve. I’d like to keep working on acceleration and court coverage.

I think my biggest improvement this week was mentally. I stayed more composed during practice sets and didn’t rush points when I was under pressure. I still struggle when I miss easy shots, so I want to work on resetting faster between points.
