My coaching journey has taken me to prestigious academies like MTA Tennis Academy and Global Tennis Academy in Spain, where I've worked with players of all ages and skill levels. I prioritize skill development, strategy, and mental resilience in my coaching approach, and I'm fluent in Spanish and English, allowing me to communicate and coach across diverse backgrounds effectively. Beginner training plan
Your first lesson1. Grip and Stance: Ensuring correct racquet grip and comfortable stance.
2. Basic Strokes: Introducing basic forehand and backhand mechanics.
3. Footwork: Working on efficient movement to get into position.
4. Rallying: Starting simple rallies for timing and consistency.
5. Fun: Keeping the session light and engaging to build confidence.
The goal is to establish a solid foundation while making sure you enjoy the learning process.

Lesson 2-31. Refining Strokes: Focus on improving the forehand and backhand technique, adding more control and consistency.

4. Rallying with Purpose: Start rallying with more focus on depth, placement, and consistency, while keeping it fun.
