After competing in college back home, I moved to the United States to pursue further education and began coaching part-time three years ago. I enjoy working with players of all levels, from beginners to those looking to refine and elevate their skills.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIf the student is adult I would like to start of with the basics of forehand and the grip associated with it.
Lesson 2-3We will work on the forehand more and add more context to it with multiple drills. Footwork will be introduced as well.
Lesson 4-10A combination of forehand and footwork drills. The last 20 minutes will be dedicated to introducing 2 handed backhand.
Lesson 11+More backhand and footwork. Forehand+ backhand+ footwork. After lesson 11, new drills such as service, volley, slice, etc will be covered at the end of each session and will be worked on at the beginning of the following session.
