The lesson on forehand practice for high speed shots was pretty focused, and I think I got some useful pointers. Though, I still need to put in more practice to really hit those faster shots consistently. That said, I feel more confident about my forehand power and will keep working on it. Still, Ali's approach makes me feel like I’m making steady progress, and I’d consider trying him again.
