Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe’ll work on the basic of tennis, grip stance and strokes
Lesson 11+We will work on real game scenarios and play some point while keep working on technique and footwork
Lesson 4-10We will connect ground strokes with approach and volleys and begin to introduce to basic strategies of tennis
