Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThis lesson is usually very exploratory unless the client has a goal already in mind right from the start.
Lesson 2-3We make sure the goals are right for the both of us and we start going into developmental progressions and improving the areas needed
Lesson 4-10This is where we should have fixed or made a major improvement on at least 1 area if not more. We make sure we keep adjusting as needed and keep progressing towards the bigger goals
