Beginner training plan

Your first lessonFirst we'll learn the basics of tennis, including understanding the rules, scoring, and essential equipment. We'll also cover fundamental skills such as grip, stance, and basic strokes to get you started with confidence.

Lesson 11+Finally we'll apply your skills in real-game scenarios with guided practice sessions, focusing on point construction and match play. We'll introduce you to advanced techniques like topspin, slice, and approach shots, preparing you for more competitive play.

Lesson 4-10Now we'll focus on improving your shot accuracy and control, practicing with both groundstrokes and volleys. We'll work on rallying techniques and begin to introduce you to simple game strategies.

Lesson 2-3Next we'll build on your initial skills by refining your forehand and backhand strokes, and practicing consistent serves. We'll also introduce you to footwork and basic court positioning to enhance your game play.

Youth players

Working with kidsWhen teaching kids, I adapt my lessons to be fun and engaging, using games and activities that make learning enjoyable. I focus on building a strong foundation in the basics while incorporating age-appropriate drills and exercises that keep their interest and energy levels high.
