Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBased on what skill set the player already has. Test dribbling, shooting, rebounding, running, passes etc. This is to test all of your attributes and what we can improve on.
Lesson 2-3Improving on your first initial lesson. Focusing on your weaknesses and how we can improve those into strengths
Lesson 4-10Development of those skills taught in the first couple of lessons and adding more into the mix.
Lesson 11+Now, we have an understanding of the fundamentals, now it’s time to put those to the test and add more features and more IQ
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonGoing off a samples test to see what player can do (shooting, dribbling, rebounding, passing etc)
Lesson 2-3Understanding your skill set and creating opportunities off of weaknesses to make them strengths
Lesson 4-10Development of IQ, development of understanding your spots on the floor, reading the floor, finding your rhythm and maintaining a high level of confidence and concentration
Lesson 11+Pushing athletes to their max potential in workouts
Youth players
Working with kidsWorking with kids would mean dearly to me. Helping them understand the fundamentals and letting them have fun is key.
Working with teenagersTeens are some of our future leaders, I want to be able to help them on and off the floor in consistency, structure and confidence. Basketball is one of the many ways this can be built and I am to help them with all of this and improve their skill set on the court.
