Beginner training plan
Your first lessonSo for about the first lesson, I’m just seeing how their preferential is depending on what age I’m asking questions on what they are and not comfortable with and just getting to know the student or adult
Lesson 2-3Second, third lesson I’m assisting with back floating but by the third lesson, the kid or adult should be able to have good birth control under the water and be able to come up from the water hold onto the wall, jump in the water and at least try to reach out for me
Lesson 4-10By the temp lesson, I’m expecting student or adult to be able to know how to swim to me on their own Swim to the wall on their own and float on their back on their own
Lesson 11+Depending on the student or adult, I’m expecting them to be able to tread water for a little bit and lay on their back for at least a minute and hold their breath under the water for about 10 second
What you need to bringYou can bring things will make you or your kid more comfortable in the water
What I can bringDepending on what the student is learning or what state the student is in, I can bring floating devices or toys
