About your swimming coach
I'm a competitive swimmer, swim instructor, and exercise science student at Cleveland State University. I am a Division 1 student athlete on the CSU swim team, where I continue to develop a strong understanding of stroke mechanics, endurance training, and effecient movement in the water. My background as a lifelong competitive swimmer allows me to teach with both technical precision and real world experience. I have several years of coaching experience as a swim coach at Ayala High School.
