"I was training so hard for 18 month without any improvement before meet coach Michael, he told me:" swimming more laps only keep your in a good stand of condition, but sometimes may not improving your performance effectively!" Then he start coaching me advance swimming techniques for 3 weeks, I got my first age group Champion for 50yds Breast stroke which I was #39 from last month swim meet! Few month later, I get my high score trophy in a winter Championship at Katy Aquatics! That great memory will forever remain in my mind…….
