Lesson 11+As we begin to excel at the basics, we will begin to learn to apply the fundamentals to more advanced skill development and any other skills necessary to achieve the goals of the client.
Lesson 4-10Continuing to fine tune the skills of the beginner and mastering the basics.
Lesson 2-3Addressing the needs of the beginner and setting a progression plan.
What you need to bringRequired: Swimsuit, cap, goggles, water bottle, kickboard
Optional: Paddles, fins, snorkel, pull bouy
What I can bringNone, due to hygiene reasons I cannot share most swimming equipment with clients.
