Lesson 11+Learning how a practice or a set is done in the sport of swimming.
Lesson 4-10This is where we could do a little bit of yardage from getting to the shallow into the deep end, and also learn more of the butterfly and breaststroke, and potentially sets.
Lesson 2-3Seeing if we can swim from the shallow to the middle of the pool, using freestyle and potentially trying backstroke.
What you need to bringThe equipment that I would say would be necessary to bring is goggles and swim suit but if you want to wear a swim cap, I would also recommend having that and if you want kickboards fins or any other equipment, you can bring that if you want.
