Beginner training plan
Your first lesson 1. Build water confidence – First, the coach helps students feel comfortable and confident in the water.
Lesson 11+7. Briefing – The coach reviews and explains the next steps or key points.
8. Backstroke with kicks – Finally, students practice swimming on their back while kicking.
Lesson 4-104. Kicking with a kickboard – Students practice leg kicks while holding onto a board for support.
5. Breathing technique – The coach teaches how to inhale and exhale properly while swimming.
6. Arm rotation practice – Students practice rotating their arms three times with the right arm and three times with the left arm.
Lesson 2-3 2. Blowing bubbles – Students practice putting their face in the water and blowing bubbles to get used to breathing control.
3. Floating – They learn to float on their back and front. For the front float, the “Superman position” is used: arms extended forward, one hand on top of the other.
