Your first lessonGetting used to the pool. We will just learn how to blow bubbles and learn the basics of freestyle and how to kick big.And pool safety
Lesson 11+Freestyle by themselves playing games that helps them have fun and get used to it. Going underwater more. Overall just using everything they have learned and use it.
Lesson 4-10Doing freestyle by themselves wall to wall. Learning still how to do floats. Learning how to streamline and feeling safe in the water.
Lesson 2-3We start doing the freestyle holding on to them so they feel safe. Doing some floats and blowing more bubbles and getting more used to the water.
What you need to bringThemselves and please wear a suit! If you want you can bring some pool rings or child’s favorite pool toys!
