Your first lessonFirst lesson is evaluation to see how far you are and where we need to begin moving forward.
Lesson 11+You will be a full on swimmer at this point. You have exceeded your own potential.
Lesson 4-10Then depending on how dedicated you are we will be working hard and having fun while learning to swim
Lesson 2-3Next we will learn the safety of water and start practicing where you are most comfortable.
Youth players
Working with kidsI am very patient when it comes to kids. I work at their pace and give them little pushes that they don't notice for them to progress.
Working with teenagersAfter evaluation we will work towards the lesson plan they set fit. Staying consistent is the best way to be better.
