Your first lessonPracticing pop ups on beach. Going over ocean safety. Getting comfortable in the water. Will push you into waves. Will try to get you standing first lesson.
Lesson 2-3Will push you into more waves. Work on your pop up. Have you standing close to shore. Work on paddling
Lesson 4-10Will work more on your paddling technique. Help you catch your own waves. Catch the waves further out.
Lesson 11+Go from a longer board to a shorter board. Or a Softop to hard board. Analyze your weakness and work getting you self sufficient in the water.
Youth players
Working with kidsWould first make sure they can swim. Will go over safety. Will be closely monitored.
Working with teenagersWill assess their confidence in the water. Work with ocean safety. Keep then in close sight.
What you need to bringBathing suits. A good attitude.
