Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst we will discuss saftey, we will learn how to stay safe in the water. Next we will stretch and prepare your body for surfing with a warmup. Then moving onto practicing techniques: position, paddling, planting, and popping up before we head into the water and put your knowledge to the test catching and riding waves. Finally we will rest and reflect while enjoying snacks and sharing your surfing goals.
Lesson 11+We will be ascending into more advanced surfing with unlimited wave riding potential.
Lesson 4-10We will stretch and prepare your body for surfing with a warmup before moving onto practicing advanced techniques. We will discuss progress then head into the water catching and riding waves. Finally we will rest and reflect while enjoying snacks and reevaluate your surfing goals.
